Terms and Conditions for
Pricilla Mooseburger Originals

Online Orders:
You will receive two emails after you place an online order. The first will be an automatic message sent directly from our online shopping cart. The second one will come from a staff member and will confirm the availability of items you ordered, plus any questions we may have regarding your order. This second email will be sent to the address you provided with the order and within one business day from the time you placed the order.

Shipping:
USPS Priority Mail is our standard method of shipping. Your order will be processed and shipped within three business days, if all items are in stock. The Shipping and Handling is calculated at 8% of your order total, with the minimum S&H charge at $7.00, the maximum S&H charge at $35.00. As the price of your order increases, so does the shipping.

If you require a quicker method of shipping, you can choose 2nd Day Express Mail, which will guarantee delivery by 3:00pm, within two days of postage. Minimum shipping and handling charge for 2nd Day Express Mail is $20.00.

For our international customers, we provide all the USPS services. Shipping and handling charges and delivery time depend on weight of order, country of destination, and size of box. Charges will be calculated after order has been placed.

Return Policy for all orders:
At Pricilla Mooseburger Originals, we want you to be happy with every order you receive from us. That is why we have so much emphasis on the beginning of the process, when you first place your order. To ensure your happiness, we recommend that you try on and inspect each item in the order immediately when it arrives. Make sure all the pieces are there and check your invoice.

We will happily replace, exchange, or make alterations in your order within 30 days of delivery. In order to receive your credit, items must not be altered, washed, or worn (except to try on without clown makeup). Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items which do not qualify for return or exchange include, but are not limited to: makeup, noses, books, sox/hosiery (considered lingerie), specialty orders (items in a style or color that we do not regularly carry), and custom costumes.

We will give you store credit for the items you wish to return, minus shipping and handling. Store credit can be used on any Pricilla Mooseburger Originals item or Mooseburger Clown Arts Educational Program. Refunds by check or credit card are given at the Management's discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions regarding this process, please contact us. We will work with you to get you the things you really need.

A restocking fee of 10% may be applied for returned items. This is to recoup the cost of lost time and the shipping and handling. In cases where Pricilla Mooseburger Originals is at fault for the order, we will NOT charge you the restocking fee. These cases include, but are not limited to: wrong item was shipped; defective item was shipped.

Before mailing your items back to us, call the office (320-963-6277) or send an email (Katie@mooseburger.com) to notify us of a return you are making. Please include your name, phone number, a copy of the invoice, and your reason for returning the item. Ship the item back to us at your cost to this address:

Conditions for Sales and Discounts:
Discounts and special sales offered through our newsletter or otherwise are valid only if the following conditions are met:

Items must fall within the category of sale items and dates specified in the newsletter.
Items must be in stock in order to receive discount.
Discounts exclude custom or specialty-order items.
Offers are valid on internet orders only. Phone-in orders do not qualify.
Discounts will be applied when order is processed at store; it is impossible for the discount to be applied online.

Custom Costume Terms:
  1. Tricia Manuel (aka Pricilla Mooseburger) will provide a design sketch, fabric and trim swatches, and a description. The design remains the property of Pricilla Mooseburger Originals. Duplicating or copying in any way is an infringement of copyright law.
  2. Design work is done each Wednesday and Thursday. Your design, complete with fabric swatches, etc. will be e-mailed to you on the Friday after you have ordered a design. Please be advised that during heavy travel times for Tricia your design work may be delayed slightly. You will be given a date to expect your design if this is the case.
  3. If you accept the design as it is proposed you will sign and date an approval form. If design changes are requested after this approval, additional charges will be made.
  4. The terms of payment are as follows: 50%, which includes your design fee of $25, must be paid at the signing of the approval form. This is a non-refundable deposit. The second half is due prior to shipment of costume. An invoice with be sent to you with a balance due date. Under no circumstances will delivery be made without payment.
  5. Client may return costume for reasonable adjustments at no extra charge, within a period of 30 days after delivery. Reasonable adjustments are limited to: excessively tight or loose neck, cuffs, waist, shortening of hem or pants.
  6. The costume is guaranteed for normal wear and tear for the period of one year.
  7. Alterations due to weight gain or loss, and repairs necessary due to negligence, abuse, or improper washing will incur additional charges.
